“The hammer drill is what I’ve used the most and, as expected, it’s quite powerful and comes loaded with functions, including a control collar that selects between three modes including: hammer drilling, screw driving, and drilling. Of course, the standard torque adjustment collar is next to the control collar. I use a power drill for home repair projects and this drill is unquestionably the most powerful I’ve ever owned, perhaps a bit too powerful for the casual user. As for the impact driver, there aren’t any variable functions, but there is a great work light included, with the light emanating from three different points on the front of the driver. Though the belt hook comes attached to the impact driver, it can be easily removed or alternately attached to the hammer drill. The storage & carrying bag fits the entire set comfortable including drills, charger, batteries and all – with room to spare for a few more tools. On the outside of the bag are two 4-inch pockets, one on either side.”
